From Episodes 1 to 13, each episode followed the following format:
- Meanings
- Shabad Translations
- History of the Sikhs/ Sikh Stories
- Inspirational Songs
Q: What was the thought behind changing the programme format?
A: There was a need to introduced additional interactivity and audio magazine format (inc: where possible outside broadcast elements). Therefore, from Episode 15 onwards each show will follow the following format:
1. Introduction
2. Understanding Meanings
3. History of the Sikhs(by Year)
4. Shabad Translations
5. Book of the month (readings)
6. New Music (Featuring many up and coming artists)
7. Sikh News & Feedback
8. Inspirational findings - songs or phrases
The programme is effectively extended with this website and other tools, for example: Forums and links.

Episode 12 contains snippets from the last 12 episodes of Sikhwithin to give you a flavour of what the previous show format was like & also to rekindle them.
All new format shows will be from Episode 15 onwards
